The Windsor Suites

Our family needed to be in Philadelphia for an extensive surgery to a family member.  Choosing to stay at Windsor Suites was definitely the appropriate decision.  We were provided with a larger two room apartment in center city with a kitchenette in which to manage our daily affairs while being close to the hospital for daily trips.  Each staff member was extremely accommodating to all our needs; changing checkout timeframes and ad-hoc requests without issue. Not only was the staff very attentive to all our daily living needs, they were very compassionate and emotionally supportive at a time that was sensitive for our family. It was comforting to stay at Windsor Suites as the staff and accommodations helped us during a difficult time.  My family would recommend this hotel for any extended stay.

We had family at Moss Magee Rehab and now Penn. This hotel has been fabulous at accommodating us. I am with someone that needs an accessible shower, and they made that happen. The location is perfect, we can walk to everything we need. Also Delphine with house keeping is amazing, we had to move rooms, and she was such a huge help with keeping us up to date and informed on when our new room would be ready. She went above and beyond. The service there is wonderful.

⭐Dear Windsor Suites, Kathleen truly stole our hearts. Arriving with our platinum French Bulldog puppy, Opal, worn out from travel while waiting for our Amtrak departure, her warmth changed everything. Despite renovation glitches, she welcomed us with a genuine smile, a puppy treat for Opal, and drink tickets to ease our wait. Overwhelmed with baggage, we were so relieved when she took our bags and assured us we were in good hands. The room was an absolute haven—cozy, with plenty of space for Opal to scamper around, and that en suite upgrade due to the circumstances? A quiet thank-you hug from the hotel. Kathleen—empathetic, genuine, yet perfectly professional—deserves a step up. If she keeps shining like this, manager’s chair is calling her name. And as fellow Aquarians, we know: keep pouring your heart in, love, you’ll soar far. We’re still speechless at how you went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a stay we’ll never forget.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The employees were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a small kitchen and a cozy little dining area—perfect for a comfortable stay. The price wasn’t bad either, especially considering everything included. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip since I was only in town for the Eagles game. This hotel was in a great central location, walking distance to a lot of attractions, and it was nice and clean inside. I especially appreciated the kitchenette. They'll send you a text asking if you want to opt out of housekeeping, and in return, they'll plant two trees in Haiti. I would also add that they put black electrical tape around a window and had a floor heater in the room because the heat wasn't working properly I guess.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, and the 14th-floor suite had an amazing view that truly elevated the experience. The hotel offers great amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and pool, all of which were well maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The staff was very professional, with top-notch customer service and a welcoming, friendly attitude throughout. The hotel has a great aura and atmosphere, it feels polished yet relaxing. Valet parking was convenient, and the area felt very safe. Another big plus is the location: stores and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Has a great location being within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Staff was all so kind and helpful and special shout out to Cat she was fabulous! Great views of the city and loved that it had 2 restaurants on site. Bed was on the hard side and multiple hairs were in the tub when we checked in, just slightly concerning if it was cleaned properly. Over all we would definitely stay agian and recommend anyone else visiting Philly to stay here.

My husband and my stay at The Windsor Suites was wonderful on all counts -- from the moment we were welcomed at the front desk through check-out. Our suite was surprisingly large and very well-appointed, including the needed kitchenware we used to cook up a nice breakfast. We enjoyed use of the gym and sky lounge, which offered commanding views of the city. And while all staff were very friendly and helpful, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Noellia, who greeted us warmly when we checked in, answered our questions and resolved any concerns we might have had over the course of our stay. Windsor Suites is a true gem in the heart of Philadelphia!
